Blue Plaques in London

Henry Wood, Queen's Hall, London, And The Promenade Concerts Green Plaque - The Queen's Hall 1893-1941. Site of Britain's leading concert hall where Sir Henry Wood founded The Promenade Concerts in 1895. The Queen's Hall was destroyed in The Blitz of 1941.
Black Plaque № 9211 - Yard Office. This little building is one of the few which survive from the days of the Surrey Commercial Dock Co. It was erected in 1902 when the Greenland Dock was doubled in length. Nobody is sure what it was used for.
