Our family mission for the past 19 years has been to celebrate the varied cultures, landscapes and above all, the exceptional foods of Spain.
It’s hard to imagine now, but back in 1988 when Brindisa was founded by Monika Linton, Spanish gastronomy was almost unknown outside of Spain. Monika didn’t just want to sell Spanish products; she wanted to export
the Spanish way of eating to the UK.
In 2004 we moved from warehouse to table with the opening our first restaurant, ‘Tapas Brindisa‘, in Borough Market. Since then we have opened five authentic tapas bars and restaurants across London.
We pride ourselves on the fact that even though it may be a big red bus that passes our windows, we offer our guests a genuine experience of the fantastic food
and hospitality of Spain.
