Guide to... Pubs in Mayfair
There is perhaps no major settlement in the UK that didn't start with a public house or something similar. Mayfair is little different and some of the oldest pubs in the country can be found in this area of London, pre-dating even Mayfair itself.
Pubs in Mayfair are such an institution that it was an essential purchase for the one time British film industry darling Guy Richie when he struck it lucky and was attempting to cementing his and Madonnas Brit-pop couple status.
Times have changed and although Guy Richie still hasn't made a good film since Lock Stock he does still have a good pub in Mayfair. There are some others too. Take a look at our Mayfair pub guide.
