Pop brat Justin Bieber is reportedly planning on throwing a circus-themed 19th birthday party at London nightclub Cirque Du Soir. While on his UK tour he has also been partying at London’ nightspots DSTRKT and Jalouse. His “people” reportedly asked for £15k for the star appear at another West End nightspot, Project.
