Richard Norman Shaw, Frederick Goodall, And W. S. Gilbert Brown Plaque - Grim's Dyke. This house designed by R. Norman Shaw Architect, for Frederick Goodall Painter was later the home of W. S. Gilbert Writer and librettist, from 1890 to 1911, who drowned in the lake.
Annie Besant Blue Plaque - Hanbury Hall Built 1719 as a French Huguenot Church. Used by La Patente Church 1740 onwards. John Wesley preached here. 1787 it became a German Lutheran Church. Used by the Baptists then the United Free Methodists.
