Bao
Created by Erchen Chang, Wai Ting & Shing Tat Chung in 2013. BAO started as a Market stall in a car park in East London. Steaming buns for two years on the streets, BAO opened it’s first permanent restaurant in Soho in April 2015. BAO now has three restaurants, one in Fitzrovia, which takes reservations; and one in Borough Market, which alongside the restaurant, has a grab and go hatch and a KTV room. You can still find us at Netil Market where we first started, every Saturday for four hours.
