Caffè Nero is the leading independent coffee house brand in Europe, specializing in the creation of high quality Italian coffee. We currently operate in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Poland, Cyprus, Turkey, the Middle East and the United States.

When our first coffee house opened back in 1997, our aim was to provide exceptional, handcrafted Italian coffee, fresh high quality food and to serve as the neighbourhood gathering spot.

Although we never aspired to be a big company, being the best at what we do was important to us. It still is. That’s why we’ve grown: one coffee, one customer and one store at a time. We’re still the family-owned, independent coffee guys, committed to making coffee the proper way. And even though there are now over 800 Caffè Nero coffee houses around the world, that won’t change. We’ll continue to reinvest in our business and work hard to improve. The pursuit of excellence that got us started is still present in everything we do.
