Whether from the Cantabrian Sea, along the Mountains of the Basque Country or the Enriched Tierra from within the heartlands of Rioja, we have taken dishes which represent as many communities, villages and regions as we have tasted or enjoyed along our travels.

Our vision for Norte is a simple representation of the Food, Wines across all the regions within the North, but also we love colours, we love creativity and the many artistic approaches towards culture we have found during our visits, therefore whilst keeping our dishes simple but spectacular, we integrate the vibrant cultures into the design and style within our restaurant and within our team.
