Continental buffet breakfast is  included when making a reservation with Phoenix Hotel. English breakfast is available made to order, at an additional charge of £7.50 per person. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am Monday - Saturday and from 7:30 am - 10:15 am on Sunday and on UK Bank Holidays.

Check-in time is from 1 pm onward. Please note that it cannot be guaranteed that rooms will be ready before this time. Check-out time is by 11 am. Guests are welcome to store any luggage in the hotel's luggage room before check-in and after check-out. This facility is free of charge.
