Serving authentic Japanese washoku, our menu centres around a harmonious balance of rice, miso, pickles and main dishes, covering all five flavours and stimulating all senses. To eat, everyday dishes to full course seasonal tasting menus, robata-grilled dishes, bottomless brunch, hand-pulled udon, soba noodles and freshly made sushi. To drink, a finely curated sake cellar is well stocked by our sommelier’s select choices and championed labels from our brewery. These are all nourished by Japanese style omotenashi hospitality, ensuring a unique dining experience that is both relaxed, yet steeped in tradition and harmony.
