James Pimm first mixed his summer cocktail in the 1840s; today it is sipped at garden parties and sporting events nationwide. Pimm's No.1 is still made to our top secret recipe of gin infused with botanicals, caramelised orange and spices. It is best mixed with lemonade, strawberries, cucumber, a slice of orange and mint.
