The Riverfront Cafe,Bar & Restaurant (at BFI Southbank)

The Riverfront is a busy, attractive bar on one-side, a relaxed, welcoming restaurant on the other. With lots of outside seating and something always going on, The Riverfront suits its location right on the Thames at the Southbank.

The setting is second to none, especially on a sunny day when the light plays on the Thames and the crowds pass by on the embankment. Just sit at one of the outside tables, make your choice from our menus and take it all in.

There are lots of options when it comes to food and drink, from burgers and grills to salads and appetizers. We also have a fantastic kids menu, and kids eat free with any adult main course.

Drop in for a bite to eat or a drink before you see a movie at the BFI or IMAX. Or take time out from a stroll along the river bank to have a coffee and cake or beer and burger.

The fabulous location by the river - and our live DJ sets - really draw the crowds to our Riverfront Late nights (Thurs-Saturday), when film fans, those starting their night out or the post-work crowd come for music, food and drinks. The outside terrace is particularly lively, especially when the Thames Barges and river-cruisers are motoring by just a stone’s throw away.

There’s always lots going on down on the Southbank. The Riverfront is right at the heart of it all.
