Plea for a speakers’ corner in Dundee could be drowned out by housing plan

The idea is based on Speakers’ Corner in London’s Hyde Park where people such as Karl Marx and George Orwell were able to publicly air their views. Jayne Kelly Ms Kelly believes a green space in Lochee would benefit residents more than new housing.
