Soba noodles as pure as they come.
A Japanese meal does not get much more traditional than Yamamoto Kajino's pure soba noodles. 'Soba' is the Japanese word for 'buckwheat', and these noodles as such are made from 100% buckwheat flour. This gives them a uniquely rustic, earthy, nutty flavour that works well served hot with Japanese noodle broth, or served cold with tsuyu dipping sauce and assorted garnishes on the side.
