Furikake is one of Japan’s favourite rice seasonings and judging by the amount of variations on offer you will be spoilt for choice! There are various types of Furikake available from Mishima, all equally individual. This one is seaweed based and simple. Its ingredients are shredded nori (seaweed), sesame seeds, soy sauce and salt. Simple but oh-so delicious!
