For a full and amazingly delicious chirashi sushi (scattered sushi) meal, just add rice! This pack of seasoning mix for sushi rice is packed full of delicious precooked vegetables such as lotus root, carrot, bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, as well as crunchy shredded nori seaweed to sprinkle on top.
