For perfect temaki sushi.Making temaki sushi just got much easier with this temaki sushi mat and rice paddle set. The two sushi mats that come with this set are especially designed to fold into the temaki sushi shape. All you need to do is lay a piece of nori seaweed over a mat, scoop sushi rice on with the included shamoji rice paddle, add your favourite fillings, and fold the mat into its temaki shape. Sushi mats measure approx. 12.2cm in length, 12.2cm in width. Rice paddle measures approx. 14.5cm in length, 4.7cm in width.
