Headed up by Executive Chef Daisuke Hayashi, our mission is simple: To bring the spirit of Japan to your dining table in the ultimate, authentic dining experience. We’re London’s one of only a few authentic Japanese Washoku (traditional cuisine) restaurant. We specialize in Kaiseki (the most refined form of Washoku), adding subtle European twists to create innovative dishes in an ambient Mayfair setting. Using ingredients like the highly prized pure Wagyu beef (imported from Japan), authentic flavours and traditional techniques, we create a marriage of authenticity and innovation for your taste buds
