Guide to... Haymarket
Haymarket is a strange name for an avenue and Haymarket is a strange avenue to navigate in a car thanks to the unfamiliar one way system in the area. Connecting Jermyn Street, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, and Trafalgar Square it is a major thoroughfare but not a particularly remarkable one, It is historic, no doubt, but not a picturesque street compared to its neighbours. Haymarket is central to London's theatre land with the frequently renamed Her Majesty's Theatre located on the avenue.
