Millicent Fawcett Blue Plaque - Dame Millicent Garrett Fawcett 1847-1929 pioneer of women's suffrage lived and died here
Richard Quiney And The Bell, Carter Lane London Marble Plaque - Upon this site formerly stood "The Bell" Carter Lane. From whence Richard Quiney wrote the letter to William Shakespeare dated 25th October 1598. This is the only letter extant addressed to Shakespeare and the original is preserved in the museum at his birthplace, Stratford Upon Avon. This tablet was placed upon the present building by leave of the Postmaster General 1899.
John Nash Blue Plaque - John Nash 1752-1835 Architect designed this terrace and lived here
Blue Plaque № 43738 - The Pastures Demolished 1966. Site of a substantial 17th Century house once the home of William Davis a local benefactor after whom the lane is named. Also the home of Agnes Cotton who named the house and founded the Home of the Good Shepherd in 1879
